My LOST Theories
I don't think any of you watch this show....???
What did the finale of Season three leave us with?

It's Ben inside the casket, morons. New name or old name, Mr. xxxxnthame... who else would die alone, after such commotion (smoke monster's envoy???), in a building with a doorman at that (a little Widmore money?)! And his son, who did not attend the funeral? Karl. Yes, Karl. Perhaps Karl was born off the Island (Ben may have tried life on the outside), or some behavior of Ben's surrounding Karl's birth cause the birthing problems on the Island?
This also explains Jacks totally despondency. Ben was the last link, the last hope to the Island.
Christian Shepard IS DEAD.
Kate is not with Sawyer, although her baby is probably his. She may be married to someone else, and someone as brutal as her step-father if she's concerned that "he'll be wondering where I am?" Patterns baby, patterns.
Everyone else? Dead or on the Island.
Next season will continue to take place on the Island.
Oh yes. Richard. Definitely one of the original crew from the Black Rock. All of the survivors there have been adapting to the new technology as it appears on the Island. From the style of gun in his holster (they didn't have handguns back then), to the fancy gold watch he checks after the annihilation of the Village. Ben has been their tutor.
Richard does not blindly follow. I expect (and hope!) he will play a bigger part next season. On the Lost Answers show, Damon and Carlton sure talk alot about ol' Richard. Uh ha.
I think we will see Mikail again. He's also from the Black Rock. The glass eye was (past tense) his.
Jacob? Jacob is not the smoke monster, nor is he part of the Island, but was probably a man like Locke, who was so in tune with the Island, he became a de facto "god." Locke will be the new Jacob. Aaron would be next.

Charlie chose to die. Too bad Desmond wasn't able to read his own flashes correctly. I love you Des, but you're starting to get on my nerves. So morose. And sorry, I doubt you'll ever see Penny again. Still, I will curse the day you die, my hansom Scot. Desmond was the clincher for making me such a fan of the show.
More? Yes, there are underground tunnels on the island. How else would Ben and the Others be able to move so quickly.
Tons of Podcasts out there. Check out the cool dudes at http://www.ekobase.net/.
Jay and Jack are good, and the Black Rock Podcast. Don't listen to Generally Speaking one, unless you want to hear a very unstable, bitchy wife who takes everything as a personal attack.
Until next season... NAMESTE.
